It could be that you just want support, guidance and advice for your subject leader or CPD on teaching Gymnastics, or OAA for example – but across all classes and to monitor and evaluate provision afterwards. These bespoke, tailored packages can include a range of flexible and practical solutions, but all are aimed at delivering against the needs you highlight. We bring over 30 years of experience, most as an adviser, senior adviser and consultant in PE, to help drive practical solutions that empower you to self-sustain the improvement agenda. We want to help you provide a PE curriculum with real meaning, value and enjoyment which inspires all pupils to succeed and excel.
WE can combine existing programmes such as our national qualifications along with tailored solutions to offer support which delivers for the whole school and for individual staff supporting their career development.
We listen to your needs and in partnership with you propose a package of planned actions to meet your needs but with an emphasis on you being able to achieve this over an appropriate timescale to ensure workload is manageable, and in a way that empowers you to self-sustain this after our initial work together. We help build your capacity to not only deliver but sustain PE with practical solutions to PPA, assessment, curriculum design, monitoring, evaluating, reporting etc. There is no need to buy-in consistent support, additional and unnecessary training as we ensure that you can do this in-house. We work to ensure that you are able to sustain this work irrespective of PE and sport funding for example – as this could change drastically or cease all together in the near future.
