Want to provide support, ideas and a confidence boost for colleagues? Having someone work alongside you, supporting your lesson, sharing ideas, showing you approaches and sharing strategies to engage, motivate and improve pupil outcomes can be highly effective.
We offer the opportunity of having a highly experienced practitioner and former PE Adviser to work with teachers and coach and/or mentor staff moving forward. Setting individual goals with staff and providing experienced support and guidance to improve standards.
