‘Before starting the PE leadership, Level 4 qualification, I was new to the role and was somewhat apprehensive about the enormity of the subject, wanting to do my best with the more limited knowledge I had. The sessions as a group left me feeling inspired, motivated and gave me the toolkit I needed to lead PE clearly and purposefully. I really enjoyed the sessions, networking with other PE leads and completing the portfolio really helped me to realise the learning journey that I had been on and highlighted how much I had learnt. It directed me to the most up date the information, guidance and pedagogy. My confidence with spending the sports premium to ensure it has the most impact and my general ability as a subject leader has increased tremendously. I would definitely recommend this course to other people in the same situation! I feel very lucky to have had this opportunity.’ Katie Marriott, Wicklewood Primary

‘Wow thank you so much I have just read all the other feedback emails too. So inspiring and yes please, a zoom call to look at assessment would be great at some point – but again no stress on time. I am truly fascinated by all of this and loving the direction and journey it is taking me, my team and our children on. I am so excited to develop and utilise all of this. I cannot believe I’m not even half way through the course and already have so much to think about. Thank you again so much for everything. I cannot endorse this course enough. It is truly inspirational 🥰’

I am PE Lead in a Norfolk Primary School and have just completed my level 4 PE Leadership & Management in Primary PE qualification with VisionED.
When I started at my school, I was new to being the leader of a subject. My Headteacher put me in touch with Martin who was able to support me throughout my PE Leadership Level 4 qualification. Martin made me feel welcome from the very start. He offered an hour zoom call where we discussed the course and its content. He also made sure he got to know me as well, my previous experiences working in schools, my hobbies etc which made the experience even more personalised.
Martin ensured I completed the new totally online course as he felt it was the perfect match for me. I loved how easy the course format was. All the resources and tasks are in the same place, which made it very easy to access during short PPA sessions. Submitting a task was even easier, Martin always ensured the task’s aim was clear and I knew if I needed any support, I could email him and he would always promptly respond with the support I needed. Martin’s feedback to every task I submitted was supportive, positive, developmental, and always guided me onto the next step, not only for the course but also to help build my own professional development in my new role in my school, which was also very helpful!
Martin’s expertise, experience and knowledge shone through when giving detailed feedback to the tasks I submitted. He would also recommend additional reading, articles, and resources that I could look at to deepen my knowledge and understanding. This help was priceless!
The main thing for me was how understanding Martin was! Martin is an experienced teacher himself, therefore he understood the workload of a teacher and he ensured that doing the course alongside a full-time teaching job was manageable and understood when I didn’t submit a piece of work for a few weeks, I felt there was no pressure!
I would 100% recommend the course! I have gained so much experience and knowledge from completing the course. I now have a stronger, deeper understanding of the whole aspect of leading PE in a primary school.
