Effective questioning is a vital component of high quality teaching. In our on-line CPD and courses we have shared this particular approach with our learners and it has been incredibly well received.
We therefore thought that this could be something that we share more widely to help promote greater thinking and learning in lessons – not just PE.
I came across it several years ago and it resonated with me then. I tried it and found it worked really well with both adult learners on courses but also the pupils in schools. Colleagues tried it and repeatedly commented on how well it worked.
