Mims Davies has been appointed as Sports Minister after Tracey Crouch dramatically quit.
Ms Davies was previously an Assistant Government Whip and a minister in the Wales Office.
Keen footballer Ms Crouch threw herself into the sports brief and Ms Davies, former chair of the parliamentary group for running and a marathon finisher, is expected to be no different.
