The DFE has confirmed the PE and sport premium, the ring-fenced funding for schools in England to use to support PE, school sport, physical activity and health (PESSPAH) for 2020/21. It will be a straight-forward continuation at £320m again.
The DFE has also stated that any school which had any unallocated funding at the end of 2019/20 can roll this forward to add to the grant in 2020/21.
This is welcome news. However, we are now calling on all concerned to work collaboratively for the benefit of ALL pupils to look to the future and back our call to TRAIN, GAIN & SUSTAIN.
