Gymnastics large apparatus training certificate launched – bespoke to your school!
VisionED announces a new training course bespoke to individual schools. Many teachers lack confidence to fully utilise the range of large apparatus and equipment in their own school. For many the fear of injury and accident makes them risk averse meaning that perhaps the largest single investment in terms of budget on capital resource – your wall bars, may never come out and some children may go throughout their school career never using it for example! Take this opportunity to upskill your staff in terms of confidence, knowledge and skills.
Apparatus work has huge potential to extend, enrich, enhance pupil’s learning, helping them progress their skills onto a more challenging level. Teaching safety, teaching safely is our moto and we share safe practice and consistent practice with ALL staff.

This is why VisionED is delighted to announce this twilight training course for your school staff, in your school on how to use, effectively and safely your large gymnastics apparatus. Our training also covers the increased physical activity and independent learning achievable by reducing queueing and waiting times (which also reduces low level disruptive behaviour).
